Our apartment

Our house is located in the central part of the Caribbean island of Roatán, which is the ideal place from which to enjoy all the beauty the island has to offer ⛱️.

Everything is close by :)

You can head to the western part of the island, where there is a little more tourist traffic, or to the east, where there are deserted beaches.

The house is located in the "Czech Village" near the Czech Consulate. Consul Jiří Černý is the author of this project and oversees the smooth running of the "village."

Here in the "Czech Village," there is a "bathing pier" where you can swim or rent a kayak.

It is located about 70 meters from our apartment. You can also call a "water taxi" to take you wherever you want to go.

However, you will need to travel by car or scooter (I can arrange rental for you) to reach the "fairytale beaches." The advantage is that you can visit a different beach every day and really enjoy your vacation. The nearest beautiful beach is about 12 minutes away.

The house has 2 separate apartments with their own entrances. This layout offers a romantic vacation for 2 people, but also for two families with accommodation for up to 8 people, where the big advantage is separate living, but a shared terrace with a beautiful sea view, barbecue, and seating area.

Each apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people, has a separate entrance, air conditioning, and parking space. It consists of:

• living room with sofa bed

• fully equipped kitchenette

• bedroom with double bed and storage space

• bathroom with shower and toilet

The living room and bedroom have large French windows with a direct view of the sea.

The large terrace is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, and the sunrises are especially stunning 🌅.

There is an electric grill on the terrace where you can prepare something delicious for unforgettable mornings and evenings.
